Nomination Procedure
Nominations should be submitted as PDF files via e-mail
to award@iibcc.net
Supporting Documentation
Nominations should be submitted as a single package and must
contain the following information, clearly set out:
- Name of nominee PhD-student
- Name of supervisor
- Name and address of institution and department
- Letter of agreement to present the work as poster at IIBCC 2012
or as an oral paper should it receive the Award
- Registration with the payment receipt for at least the
supervisor or the student
- An extended abstract in English (maximum 5 pages) containing
the following information: summary, problem addressed, state of the
art, key innovations, applications/implementations/results,
references, dissemination plans. Click here to download the template for the
preparation. The file should be named in the following format:
awardauthorname.doc
- If the work has been already published in a magazine, it should
be in the period: 2010-2012.
Note that all of the above documentation
must be submitted together as a complete package.
Proposals which do not conform to these requirements will be
rejected.
Deadline
Nominations may be submitted by either the supervisor or the
student and must reach the Award Committee no later
than 1 June 2012.
